Located in the quant town of Fort Beaufort in the Amathole District Municipality, Koloni Projects provides general construction services which include repairs and renovations.

At the helm of the company is Xolisile Madolwana who had over 21 years’ experience as a construction material sales person before he started the company in 2001. Fourteen years later, his past experience has proven to be an invaluable competitive advantage as the company is able to source quality materials at reasonable rates.

Xolisile is backed by a team of project managers, foremen and quantity surveyors that have the requisite skills and experience to deliver on a range of construction projects.

To live up to the founder’s commitment for ensuring the company improves the socio-economic status of the community; the company also provides opportunities for employment and enhancement of construction skills for Fort Beaufort residents and surrounding areas.

With a 3CE and 2GB Construction Industry Development Boards (CIDB) certificate, health and safety is at the heart of the company’s operations.
